iY2K는 사진·동영상의 촬영과 보정을 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 계정이나 앱 안에 표시되는 광고는 없습니다. 2.0.0부터 이용자가 iOS 추적을 허용한 경우에만 Meta SDK로 앱 광고 성과를 측정합니다. 추적을 거부해도 촬영·보정·구매 기능은 제한되지 않습니다. 이전 1.x 버전에는 Meta SDK가 없습니다.

촬영 자료와 권한

카메라·마이크 — 사진 촬영과 소리가 포함된 동영상 녹화에 사용합니다.
사진 보관함 — 사진을 불러와 보정하고, 완성한 사진·동영상을 저장하거나 앱에서 촬영한 사진을 찾아 보여 줍니다.
위치(앱 사용 중) — 허용한 경우 촬영 위치를 사진의 EXIF에 기록합니다. 위치 권한을 거부해도 촬영할 수 있습니다.
추적 — 선택 사항입니다. 카메라 권한 처리 후 iOS의 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다.

앱은 사진, 동영상, 음성 또는 촬영 위치를 개발자 서버나 Meta로 업로드하지 않습니다. 이용자가 공유·내보내기를 선택하거나 iCloud 사진을 사용하면 해당 서비스의 설정과 정책에 따라 사진 및 사진에 포함된 위치가 기기 밖으로 전송될 수 있습니다.

선택적 Meta 광고 성과 측정

추적이 허용되기 전에는 Meta SDK를 초기화하지 않습니다. 허용한 뒤에는 Meta Platforms의 Facebook SDK가 기기 식별자(광고 식별자 등), 앱·기기·네트워크 정보(IP 주소 포함)와 앱 실행 이벤트를 처리합니다. 검증된 실제 인앱 구매에 대해서는 상품 ID, 금액 및 통화를 전달합니다. 앱 화면의 자동 이벤트 수집과 자동 구매 이벤트 수집은 비활성화했습니다. SDK에는 오류 진단 정보와 기타 기술 정보 처리가 포함될 수 있습니다.

iY2K 3.0.0부터, 추적 허용 여부와 관계없이 앱을 처음 실행하면 Apple의 SKAdNetwork에 앱이 설치·실행되었음을 한 번 알립니다. 이는 Apple이 제공하는 익명 설치 집계로, Apple이 광고 네트워크(Meta)에 보내는 통지에는 이용자나 기기를 식별하는 정보가 포함되지 않으며, 앱은 이 과정에서 광고 식별자를 읽거나 Meta SDK를 시작하지 않습니다.

이 데이터는 iY2K 광고의 설치·구매 성과 측정과 분석에 사용됩니다. Meta는 광고 측정을 위해 기기 식별자를 다른 앱·웹사이트의 데이터와 연결할 수 있습니다. 앱은 사진·촬영 좌표·연락처·영수증·카드 정보를 Meta 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. 잠금화면 촬영 및 위젯 확장에는 Meta SDK가 없습니다.

Meta의 처리·보관·국외 처리와 개인정보 권리에 관한 사항은 Meta 개인정보처리방침과 Meta 개인정보 보호 센터를 참고해 주세요. 개발자는 광고 성과 집계 보고서를 확인할 수 있으며, Meta의 보관 기간을 임의로 지정하거나 보장하지 않습니다.

Apple 인앱 결제

필름·무제한 이용권은 Apple의 App Store에서 구매합니다. Apple이 결제와 구매 복원을 처리하며, 개발자는 카드 번호나 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 권한과 남은 장수를 기기에 저장합니다. 거래 ID는 필름의 중복 지급과 측정 이벤트 중복을 막기 위해 기기에 보관하며 Meta 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다.

선택권·보관·삭제 요청

iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 iY2K의 추적 허용을 끌 수 있습니다. 이후 앱이 추적 상태를 다시 확인하면 새로운 앱 실행·구매 측정 이벤트를 보내지 않습니다. 이미 전송된 데이터까지 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.

카메라 설정, 촬영 기록, 필름 잔량 및 측정 중복 방지 기록은 앱의 기기 저장소에 남습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내부 데이터가 삭제되지만 사진 보관함의 결과물, iCloud의 자료, Apple의 구매 기록 또는 이미 Meta에 전송된 자료는 별도로 관리됩니다. 앱을 삭제하기 전 남은 소모성 필름의 복원 제한을 확인해 주세요.

개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 문의는 imagination5671@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 앱 버전과 요청 내용을 적되 사진·영수증·카드 정보는 보내지 마세요. 계정이 없는 앱이므로 개발자가 임의의 기기 식별자를 알아내 특정 Meta 기록을 조회·삭제할 수는 없습니다. Meta가 보관하는 정보에 대한 권리는 위 개인정보 보호 센터에서도 행사할 수 있습니다. 요청이 적용되는 범위와 가능한 절차를 안내하겠습니다.

아동과 제한된 추적 상태

iOS가 추적을 제한하거나 허용하지 않은 경우 Meta 측정을 시작하지 않습니다. 앱은 생년월일을 요청하거나 아동을 위한 광고 프로필을 만들지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

iY2K processes photo/video capture and editing on your device. It has no account or in-app ads. Starting with 2.0.0, Meta advertising measurement is enabled only if you allow tracking through iOS. Declining does not limit camera, editing or purchase features. Earlier 1.x versions have no Meta SDK.

Media and permissions

Camera and microphone — to take photographs and record video with sound.
Photo library — to import and edit photos, save finished photos/videos and browse photos taken by the app.
Location while using the app — when allowed, to write capture coordinates into a photo’s EXIF. You can take photos without this permission.
Tracking — optional; the iOS permission request follows the camera-permission flow.

The app does not upload photos, videos, audio or capture locations to developer servers or Meta. If you choose sharing/export or use iCloud Photos, those services may transfer media and its embedded location off your device under their own settings and policies.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

The Meta SDK is not initialized before tracking is authorized. Once authorized, Meta Platforms’ Facebook SDK processes device identifiers (including the advertising identifier), app/device/network information including IP address, and app activation events. For verified production in-app purchases, the app supplies the product ID, amount and currency. Automatic screen-event and automatic purchase logging are disabled. SDK processing may also include crash diagnostics and other technical information.

From iY2K 3.0.0, the first launch notifies Apple’s SKAdNetwork once that the app was installed and opened, whatever your tracking choice. This is Apple’s anonymous install attribution: the notice Apple sends to the ad network (Meta) contains no information identifying you or your device, and the app neither reads the advertising identifier nor starts the Meta SDK for it.

These data measure and analyze installation and purchase performance of iY2K advertising. Meta may link device identifiers with data from other apps or websites for advertising measurement. The app does not include photos, capture coordinates, contacts, receipts or card details in Meta events. The Lock Screen capture and widget extensions do not contain the Meta SDK.

For Meta’s processing, retention, international processing and your rights, see Meta’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Center. The developer can view aggregate advertising-performance reports and does not set or guarantee Meta’s retention periods.

Apple in-app purchases

Film and unlimited passes are purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payments and purchase restoration; the developer does not receive card numbers or payment-method details. Purchase entitlements and remaining frames are stored on the device. Transaction IDs are stored locally to prevent duplicate film grants and duplicate measurement events, and are not included in Meta events.

Choices, retention and deletion

You can turn off iY2K tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Once the app rechecks that status, it stops sending new activation and purchase measurement events. This does not automatically delete data already sent.

Camera settings, capture records, film balances and measurement-deduplication records remain in the app’s device storage. Removing the app deletes that local app data, but library photos, iCloud data, Apple purchase records and data already sent to Meta are managed separately. Review consumable-restoration limits before removing the app.

For access, correction or deletion questions, email imagination5671@gmail.com with your app version and request. Do not send photos, receipts or card details. As there is no app account, the developer cannot discover an arbitrary device identifier to retrieve or delete a specific Meta record. You can also exercise rights regarding information Meta holds through the Privacy Center above. We will explain the applicable scope and available process.

Children and restricted tracking

Meta measurement does not start when iOS restricts or denies tracking. The app does not request a date of birth or build advertising profiles for children.
